Satisfaction

We make every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please notify us at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Our Service Guarantee

We offer high-quality products to our guests and take pride in our work and skills. We provide a 7-day guarantee for all nail services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, and peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this happens, please make an appointment to return to our salon so we can fix it free of charge.

Although rhinestones, jewels, or any accessory designs on top of the nail are delicate and should be handled with care to prevent them from falling off, we do not guarantee them. Regular nail polish is also not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable, but we are happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

  • The issue must be a mistake from the service provider, not a change of preference after the service has been completed.
  • In the case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management.
  • You have 48 hours to contact the salon for a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
  • Corrective services will not be offered after 7 days from the original service date.

Right to Refuse Service

Bellagio Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Children Supervision

We love children and have children of our own, but due to safety considerations, all children must be supervised by an adult who is not currently receiving a service.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged.
  • Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
  • Copies of gift certificates are not accepted.
  • All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To respect the time of both our guests and staff, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment.

No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our staff, repeated no-shows may result in being serviced on a walk-in only basis.

Late Policy

Please be courteous to your technician and other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Safety

  • We do not provide services to individuals with contagious nail conditions, open wounds, or illnesses that may pose a risk to others.
  • We maintain high-quality hygiene standards and use disposable products for your safety and health.
  • Diabetic guests should inform the front desk before checking in so that they receive the appropriate specialized service.

Sanitization

  • All jets are fully disassembled, hand-washed with soap, fully submerged in an EPA-registered disinfectant bath, and then placed into a UV sterilizer after each service.
  • The same disinfecting process applies to all metal implements, which are then sealed in sterilized pouches.

Respect

Our goal is to provide the ultimate relaxation experience for all guests. Please be courteous and keep group conversations at a whisper and cell phones on silent.

We understand that everyone has busy schedules outside of the salon, and we appreciate your help in maintaining a calm and relaxing environment inside. Anyone disturbing the peace of other guests may be asked to leave.

Lost or Stolen Items

Bellagio Nails & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items on our premises or during services.

To ensure the safety of personal belongings, we recommend that customers:

  1. Keep valuable items secure and attended at all times.
  2. Use designated storage areas, such as lockers, when available.
  3. Do not leave belongings unattended in common areas.

In the event of a loss, Bellagio Nails & Spa will not be liable for any financial reimbursement or item replacement. We encourage customers to report any suspicious activity to our staff promptly.
